Everything you need to know about ordering catering from Mod Pizza.

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all catering orders. For large events (75+ guests) or Corporate Package orders, we recommend booking at least 5–7 days in advance to ensure we can accommodate your full customization requests and coordinate staffing.

Absolutely! We offer gluten-free crust options, vegan cheese and toppings, dairy-free alternatives, and can accommodate most common allergies. Please note any dietary needs in the Special Requests field when submitting your booking form, and our coordinator will discuss options with you.

Our delivery includes on-time arrival at your event venue, full setup of food stations, warming equipment, serving utensils, plates, and napkins. The Party and Corporate packages include cleanup service as well. Delivery range varies by package (10 miles for Essential, 20 miles for Party/Corporate).

Yes! Our packages are starting points, not rigid constraints. You can add extra pizzas, sides, salads, or beverages to any package. Our catering coordinator will work with you to create a completely tailored menu that fits your budget and preferences. Custom quotes are available for all orders.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as business checks and corporate invoicing for qualifying corporate accounts. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the event date.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 48–72 hours may receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable due to food preparation costs. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
